Product code index
https://orgcatalog.com/ean/codes/00.json … 3f.json — the index that the search in the site header uses, split into 64 parts: the search loads only the part for its code, not the whole index. The part of a code is FNV-1a 32 over the code's characters (UTF-16 code units) modulo 64, written as two hexadecimal digits: for example,
ean/codes/00.json. Each part is a JSON object: the key is the code, the value is the list of pages where this code occurs.
{ "4780000000000": [ ["ean/4780000000000/", "Название товара", "Штрихкод", "", 12500, "2026-09-19"] ], "00000253": [ ["sku/korzinka/00000253/", "Название товара", "Артикул магазина", "Корзинка", 72990, "2026-09-19"] ] }
A list element: the address of the price history page from the site root, the product name, the code type, the chain or shop (for a article number), the last price in sums and its date (the names and code types in the index are in Russian). The keys are EAN and UPC barcodes and article numbers, without spaces and in upper case; a UPC-A barcode also has a key in the form of EAN-13 (with a leading zero). One code may lead to several pages: the same article number can occur in different chains. Products without a barcode or article number are not in the index. The service key _own — is not a code: the names of OrgCatalog's own codes from labels (product number → name and page of the kind's prices), in the same part as the code itself.
The “What's new” feed (Atom)
https://orgcatalog.com/latest/feed.xml — the latest 50 entries in Atom format for RSS readers and auto-posting. A photo entry is a link to its page, a description and a preview; the entry date is the date and time of shooting; an entry for a new organization is a link to its page; new brands — one entry per day; new goods, price changes and promotions — one entry per shop per day with a list of goods and prices. There are no entries for prices without a photo in the feed. The same feed on the site is “What's new”, all photos by month — the “Photos” section.
Sitemap
https://orgcatalog.com/sitemap.xml — the sitemap index: files in the directory sitemap/
by section — prices.xml (prices by kind of goods, price changes, promotions), ean.xml, sku.xml,
product.xml (price histories), brands.xml, countries.xml, orgs.xml (organizations and chains),
lists.xml, maps.xml, photos.xml (the feed and photos by month), pages.xml (the home page, help and other pages), and photos-<YYYY-MM>.xml — the month's photo pages (except price tags: their prices are on the price pages).
lastmod — the date of the latest photo or price on the page. The sitemap address is given in robots.txt.
schema.org markup
The pages contain JSON-LD (<script type="application/ld+json">):

Permanent addresses
Page addresses are in Latin letters with hyphens: /orgs/<organization>/, /prices/<type>/<kind>/,
/ean/<barcode>/. If a page has moved (an organization changed its name or a product was merged with another), the old address answers with a permanent 301 redirect to the new one. All addresses ever published are kept in a log, so links to the site do not break.
Terms of use
You may freely link to the site's pages and quote prices with a link to the source page. When and how photos may be used is in the article “Using the photos”. Search engines and AI assistants may crawl the site, index it and show photos, snippets and prices in search results and in AI answers with a link to the source page (more). Copying the whole database of photos and prices, bulk collection and training neural networks are only by agreement with the project author.
Frequently asked questions
Does OrgCatalog have an API?
There is no separate API. For code search there is a static index ean/codes/ (64 JSON files), for new photos an Atom feed, and the data on organizations and prices is marked up with schema.org right on the pages.
How often are the files updated?
Together with the site: on every publication of new photos and prices. The date a page last changed is in sitemap.xml (lastmod).
Can all prices be exported as one table?
There is no ready-made export on the site yet. If you need one for research or an article, write to the project author. Contacts
